The Community Collective x One Roof: Leading Communities

Let's normalise celebrating wins and milestones in business! I was super grateful to be in the room last night to celebrate the business birthdays of The Community Collective x One Roof!

In just a few short years, The CC is making a huge impact in supporting businesses to build engaged communities. 

Paz Pisarski is leading community nerds, and she's showing us that it's possible to create something huge and high-quality in a very short amount of time. 

The CC started as a meetup between community builders in between Melbourne lockdowns in 2021. Now, The CC runs two 8-week programs each year to empower community leaders; they run free monthly meetups, offer coaching to support community strategy, and have a wealth of templates/tools/resources available. EPIC!!!

Sheree Rubinstein consistently showcases what authentic leadership looks like and what's possible when you get comfortable with pivoting. 

For over eight years, One Roof has nurtured one of the most wholesome and engaged communities for women in business. I attended one of their pop-up events almost 8 years ago, I enjoyed a beautiful office at their flagship coworking location, and since they've pivoted to online, I've been a passionate digital member since they launched! This community is unlike any other with super generous and inspired women dedicated to supporting one another. 
The birthday party was so good with tasty food and snacks, some good olde structured networking, and insights from featured guests who led massive communities. Thanks to all the attendees for all the inspo, resources, connections and endless good vibes!
